All of the videos were encoded to use the RealPlayer. There is a free version of the player available; however the link may not be obvious due to the subscription service that Real Networks is trying to sell.

If you are having problems seeing the videos, please see visit RealNetworks' Tech Support. Some of the problems that we have heard about are caused by the firewall that you or your company may be using.
