PLAN A SUPER BOWL TRIP

Select a partner and a team name. As a team you need to plan a Super Bowl 40 trip packet to offer to key company clients of your area.

You need to plan for between 20-30 people in the group.

This will be a 4 day/3 night trip. It must include the ticket for the Super Bowl, three nights lodging, and 2 meals per day.

They will be leaving from Dulles Airport in Washington, DC.

I.	Trip description:	33 points
	a. mode of transportation
	b. lodging, be specific
	c. restaurants for meals
	d. departure and arrival dates, locations and times
	e. costs per person
II.	Super Bowl game:	33 points
	a. location of seats
	b. time of departure/arrival to game – transportation mode
	c. any “freebies” at the game
	d. after-game activities/events
III.	Media:	33 points
	a. create a brochure describing the trip
	b. create a registration form with required deposit and payment schedule
	c. create a newspaper ad or web banner for your trip
