PROMOTION: PRODUCT PLACEMENT PROJECT

Student Directions:
Now that you have an understanding of what exactly product placement is, it is time to place your knowledge in action.

You and your group members are to create one scene from a popular movie or television show and incorporate at least five different products into the scene. You do not have to write a new scene, or act out an exact scene word-for-word. However, you may not use the same product placements already in the show or film. Ml members of the group must participate in the scene in some way.

NOTE: You may not select any scene, television show or movie that is in any way not appropriate for a school setting. Use good judgement!

In order to receive maximum credit for this assignment; be sure to have all parts of the project together and ready by the deadline:

* Written description of each person's role in the scene.
* Written script
* Written description of the target market of the movie or show selected (give at least
ten different characteristics)
* Written justification for placement of each product in the scene (THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT PART!)
HINT: Tie to the target market!)
* Scene, submitted by video or acted in class on due date

Have fun with this assignment. Remember to concentrate on the written parts. Be proud of what you submit!
