Getting to Know You

Instead of the typical getting to know you interview that everyone does, I have the students prepare a power-point presentation on the following:

• home page-personal information
• family and pets
• employment or resume of past experiences
• education-what are your goals after graduation
• career goals-this year, 5 years, 10 and on...
• personal goals-short term, long term
• favorite links to web sites

Anyway, the students really get into it and if you have a digital camera for picturess, that's fun too!
