Activity:
1. Students are
given a federal regulatory agency web site to research.

2. They are to
write a 1-2 page unbound report on their findings, which should
include the following:
a. The meaning of the agency's acronym.
b. The purpose of the agency.
c. When the agency was established.
d. The agency's responsibilities.
e. A current issue facing that agency.
f. State and/or federal localities.
3. Have students
share their findings with the class (oral optional).
Evaluation: Typed report;
oral report (optional).
