Future Aspirations: Over the next five years I plan to complete my Ph.D. in Occupational and Technical Studies with an emphasis in Human Resource Training and plan to be employed as a Director or Dean of Distance Education in an institution of higher learning. Additionally, I plan to continue consulting in the areas of human resource training, assistive technology, and universal web-design.
