The INTERNATIONAL SOCIETY OF AGILE
MANUFACTURING invites papers for its journals IJAM and IJAMS.
The Aim:
The journal (IJAM) welcomes original papers on state-of-the-art
research and development, product development, and novel applications
and tools in areas of advanced manufacturing. The journal addresses
the utilization of Agile and Advanced Manufacturing systems, including
aspects of information modeling, teaming and sharing, networking
and distribution, planning and scheduling, reasoning and negotiation,
collaborative decision making, as well as organization and management
of Agile and Advanced Manufacturing systems.
Topics:
Process characterization and matrices, enterprise modeling,
multi-enterprise integration, information sharing and
collaboration, networked collocation tools for multi-media
conferences, distributed environments, corporate technical
memories, capturing design intent, AMS languages and tools,
intelligent retrieval, virtual teams, architectures,
emerging standards and practices.

Paper submission:
Authors are invited to send a copy of a full-length paper to averma@odu.edu
Electronic submissions via email, in the form of a MS Word or
PDF file are encouraged, alternatively sending a hardcopy to the
contact person is acceptable. Successful printing or reception
of the paper will be acknowledged via email.
