Description

BIOL 450/550. Principles of Plant Ecology. Lecture 2 hours; laboratory 5 hours; 4 credits. Prerequisites: BIOL 205 and senior standing or permission of instructor. A weekend field trip is required. Course covers the general theoretical concepts in plant ecology with statistical methods. The structure, development, processes, and history of plant communities are studied.
