Tentative Syllabus: This course introduces the basic concepts, technologies and applications of cyber physical systems (CPS) and the fundamental security challenges and practical countermeasures in CPS.

• Module A: Introduction to Cyber Physical Systems and Security
• Module B: Cybersecurity Fundamentals
• Module C: Internet-of-Things (IoT) and Security
• Module D: Industrial Internet-of-Things (IIoT) and Security
• Module E: Clouds and Security

Assignments and Exams:

• Assignments: About four programming assignments and four hands-on lab assignments
• Exam: one final exam

Grading Policy:

• Classroom Participation: 10%
• Programming Assignments: 4x5%=20%
• Lab Assignments: 4x10%=40%
• Final Exam: 30% + Extra points
