	SIAM Student Chapter at Old Dominion University SIAM (Society for Industrial and Applied Mathematics: `www.siam.org`) is an international organization which hosts publications and conferences in a wide range of fields. It's goal is to promote interactions between mathematics and other scientific and technological communities. As a student chapter, we aim to: to provide a forum for the discussion of applied mathematics research at ODU, to promote interactions between undergraduate, graduate students, and researchers in applied mathematics to make ODU students aware of prizes, conferences, and other opportunities offered by SIAM.
