• Two good introductions to evolution and the nature of science are Science for All Americans - Chapter 1: The Nature of Science from the American Association for the Advancement of Science and  Teaching About Evolution and the Nature of Science - Chapter 5: FAQ from the National Academy of Sciences.
•  The Talk.Origins Archive: Exploring the Creation/Evolution/Intelligent Design Controversy has many articles and tons of information on every topic imaginable relevant to this debate.  Most has been contributed by evolutionary biologists, but links to creation-oriented sites are also provided.
• The UC Berkeley Museum of Paleontology's  UCMP Web Lift to Taxa has great information on phylogeny, classification, and characteristics of organisms.  You can start with domains and work your way down the taxonomic hierarchy.

• I've accumulated a set of links to a variety of on-line  Conservation resources; most of them should still work :). 
•  Excerpts from the Works of Aldo Leopold includes important quotes from one of the founders of conservation biology and the person who formulated the concept of the land ethic.
•  Conservation Brings Religion And Science Together , a short article from the San Francisco Zoo, describes some connections between religion and science.  Some of those are described more fully at  Visions of Nature , a set of pages describing an interdisciplinary scholary program at the University of California, Santa Barbara.
•  ARC - Alliance of Religions and Conservation is a secular organization founded by Prince Phillip of England that works with 11 of the world's major religions to develop projects that promote conservation while ensuring the well-being of human communities.

•  Invasive Species: The Nation's Invasive Species Information System offers information, including species accounts, about invasive species in the United States.  For a global view, the IUCN/SSC Invasive Species Specialist Group (ISSG) is the place to start; an easy-to-navigate database can be found at  ISSG's Global Invasive Species Database .
