Research interests

I am interested in carbonate geochemistry in both shallow and deep marine environments, marine and sedimentary pore water organic matter dynamics as well as oceanic carbon cycle. My research work is focused on understanding the mechanisms of seagrass mediated carbonate sediments dissolution on the Bahamas Bank.

Advisor: Dr. David Burdige
