ODU HPC Cluster Computing Environment

Overview

The OCCS HPC cluster (orion) can be used by anyone affiliated with ODU, while the BCET HPC cluster ("Wright Brothers" cluster) can be used only by someone affiliated with the Batten College of Engineering & Technology (BCET). Please check here to learn about getting accounts and accessing the clusters. Each cluster can be accessed through its login node (one per cluster) only. Job submissions are managed by SGE (Sun Grid Engine) and home directories are shared through NFS (Network File System).
