Chapter 1 Errata | |
Pg 38, Fig 1-29 |
R1 should be 2 ohms vice 20 ohms |
Chapter 2 Errata | |
Pg 102, Last Para |
Change the (12 V) to (6 V) and the (8 V) to (4 V). |
Pg 117, Prob. 2-17 |
Perform the problem for the Thevenin Equivalent Circuit. Then perform it again for the Norton Equivalent Circuit. DO NOT just perform a source conversion. No need to find Rth a second time however. Don't forget that the problem is not finished until the model itself is shown with the calculated values. (NOTE: Feel free to check or answer at the end by transforming the Norton circuit into the Thevenin circuit to see if you answers match. Not required but why not?) |
Pg 118, Prob. 2-18 |
See Prob 2-17 above |
Pg 122, Prob. 2-36 |
HINT: One common solution method requires two equations and then the simultaneous solution of them |
