Listed
below are links to some “thought” questions I put together
for most of the book chapters. Some are simply designed to ensure
the
students understand basic concepts/idea presented in the book, and can
be used as the starting point for class discussions. Others,
however, are designed to get the students to think about topics
presented in the book in a bit more detail.
