Dress for
both officer training conferences is business casual or professional.
Please, no street clothes (jeans, t-shirts, crop pants, etc.)
in either case. Team t-shirts show unity, but please help us
to keep this conference with young professionals in mind.

OTC ONLINE REGISTRATION FORM
Registration for all advisors
and officers is $12.00, which includes meeting space rental,
materials, and lunch. Each district may register one
district president and one district advisor free of charge.
Registration materials are due in the Virginia DECA office
by October 4th. The online registration form can be
found by clicking on the link below.

***Please note:
OTC conferences are planned based on the registered number of
participants. If you do not register, name badges, materials
and lunches will not be ordered for your students. Please
don't let this happen!!!
Once you do register,
lunches and supplies are ordered are based on your number of
registrants, and your chapter is financially committed to the
conference. Substitutes are permitted, and every effort
will be made to assist you in locating substitutes if applicable.
