Course: BDA511 Introduction to Machine Learning

This course provides an introduction to the fundamental concepts and techniques of machine learning (ML). The course combines theory with practical implementations using Python and popular ML libraries such as Scikit-learn and Pytorch. Main topics that will be covered in the class are: Linear and Logistic Regression, Dimensiona Reduction, Feature Selection, Support Vector Machine, Decision Tree, Clustering Methods (KNN, K-mean, GMM), Neural Networks, Regularization and Model Selection.
