1.  What is Web site content?

2.  Explain how Web site content adds value to one's organization.  Include an example of good content, citing an organization not listed in the readings; rather, one you have seen on your travels through the Internet.  Cite the URL, and explain what makes the content good.

3. How has Land's End turned the Internet into an important sales and marketing tool?  Why have they been so successful while so many others have failed?

4.  Can an organization still successfully utilize the Web through Web content even if they are not actually selling a product or service on the Web?  Explain.

5.  Examine the following Web site.  Identify the specific content that makes this site successful (hint: there is a right and a wrong answer.  Look for the content that will keep a visitor there and bring them back).
